Since 2003, Judit has been guiding people into the sublime realms of the soul. Her offerings include sound healing sessions, cacao ceremonies, wellness workshops, yoga, meditation, and international retreats.

What began as a personal quest to heal herself evolved into a lifelong passion for sharing transformational, ancient practices of well-being.Judit integrates all her knowledge, intuition and passion for helping people reach their full potential. At her cozy studio in Northern New Jersey, she offers private and group sessions. She also offers workshops in other locations in the USA and internationally, with the sole intention that people reconnect to their hearts and soul's mission in this lifetime.Judit began her yoga journey over 20 years ago with Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices, but as she evolved and grew in her personal journey, so too did her yoga practice. Eventually, she found herself drawn towards more meditative forms of yoga, such as Gentle, Therapeutic, Restorative, and Yin. To deepen her understanding and expertise in these areas, she has taken specialized training in all of these modalities. During her international retreats, Judit offers yoga classes open to all levels. These sessions integrate a deep spiritual component, designed to inspire and uplift participants. Depending on the destination, she may also include a cacao ceremony or another special workshop.Judit’s retreats offer participants the rare opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with their inner selves in some of the world’s most stunning and tranquil locations. Whether immersing in the spiritual energy of the Andes or embracing the peaceful beauty of Bhutan's landscapes, her retreats seamlessly blend wellness practices with deep cultural immersion and a reconnection with nature.

She has undertaken courses in India, studied with the Mayans in Guatemala, and is now preparing for a personal spiritual journey to Egypt. She is always looking to learn new healing modalities, which she joyfully shares with her clients to support their unique journeys.In her personal life, Judit is an avid traveler who loves being in nature and enjoys spending time with her husband and now-grown children, discovering remote corners of the world.
